Since product “evacuation” problems – where some of the product may be left inside the can but not able to be sprayed – are common throughout the aerosol industry, they can affect some of the products we produce. If you are having trouble with an aerosol can not spraying, please try this brief troubleshoot: 1. Rotate the nozzle 1/4 turn and try again. Rotating the nozzle re-aligns the immersion tube in the container.
2. If the first spin does not work, try another 1/4 spin. Keep moving it until the liquid is sprayed. If this still does not work, you can try the following ways:
* Hold the container upright whenever possible
* Be careful when handling and transporting bottles so that they do not fall and shake violently.
